Five stages. One handover.
A single rep starts at the end of this list and is expected to invent the rest. We start at the top.
Read, build, staff, run, hand over. Each stage has an owner. Nothing moves on until the stage before it holds.
Read
We look at how you win today. Which channels run, which sit idle, who your buyers are and where they already gather. You see this as your buyer map before anything else happens.
Build
We write the playbook. Who we approach, why they should care, what we say and what we never say. We build the data from scratch and check it by hand.
Staff
We put people on each job: research, writing, review, follow up. The work is split so no single person carries the whole channel.
Run
We run it in the open. Every message researched and written for one person, read by a human before it goes. We report against the baseline we agreed with you at the start.
Hand over
When the engine produces pipeline, it moves to you. The playbook, the data, the sequences and the reporting. We train your people to run it and we step back. If you want us to stay on after that, we can talk about it. It is never the plan.
Some rules do not bend.
- We do not buy a list and blast it.
- We do not send a message nobody has read.
- We do not contact anyone who has asked us to stop.
- We do not keep the playbook in our heads so you need us later.
Ask for your buyer map.
Tell us a little about how you sell. We will come back with where an engine would fit.
